Closeout Files offers a "Custom Evidence Search" function on their website. It is a specialized google search that only searches specific types of links. Very nice!
A lot of people don't understand or respect Congressional Debate. That is unfortunate. Congressional Debate can be a terrific form of debate that includes all the skills and challenges of the other forms.
Below are some articles that can help achieve that goal. The left column has more procedural type articles, and the right column has some specific articles to help improve the debate skills.

Because so many personal and high school debate pages disappear quickly, I am mirroring Meridith's debate tips page as well. She has tips on debate as well as congressional debate.
is a site dedicated to, well, Congressional Debate! It is lean on content now, but says they are adding more.
In February 2011, the NFL magazine, Rostrum had a good article on improving Congressional Debate skills. I am mirroring it here (pdf).
